A full refund may be issued only if no curation work has begun. If you contact us to cancel your order prior to our starting the selection and analysis process, we will be happy to refund the full amount paid.
2. Partial Refunds
Once curation work has commenced, we are unable to provide full refunds due to the time, effort, and resources invested in creating a tailored gifting experience. In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion. Adjustments & Revisions

If you would like changes to your curated gift recommendations, please contact us at support@alittlelovegifting.com within 3 days of delivery. Requests made within this window allow us to provide a single round of thoughtful revisions to fine-tune the experience.
2. Providing Feedback
To ensure that revisions are meaningful and precise, we ask that you complete a brief form detailing which recommendations you would like adjusted. This helps us understand your preferences clearly and prevents unnecessary or repeated rounds of revisions. Please note, general dissatisfaction without specific guidance may delay or limit our ability to revise effectively.

Gift Shipping Policy

Shipping insurance can be requested at the client’s expense. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
